Malaysian-Canadian artist Eunice Keitan is the definitive sound of the Third Culture Kid. By fusing the smoothness of Neo-Soul with evocative, ancestral Asian soundscapes, she creates a sonic bridge between multiple worlds. Whether leading a high-energy festival band or captivating audiences as a solo loop-pedal innovator, Keitan builds lush, layered narratives that are emotionally candid about identity and belonging.

Her genre-bending sound, drawing comparisons to the soulful grace of Emily King and the experimental textures of Erykah Badu and Hiatus Kaiyote, has earned international support from BBC Radio, Stereofox, and CBC Music, alongside nominations from the Toronto Indie Music Awards and Vox Music Awards.

Eunice’s expansive career is built on a deep foundation of international touring, having captivated audiences over the years in New York, LA, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore. More recently, this global momentum culminated in back-to-back European tours across 2024 and 2025. Hitting major cultural hubs like London, Amsterdam, and Berlin, these recent European runs were supported by the Canada Council for the Arts and the SOCAN Foundation.

2026 has been a milestone year for her global footprint. From kicking things off at Belfast’s Your Roots Are Showing Folk Conference to a multi-city tour through Taiwan, she continues to captivate audiences worldwide - as well as right at home during the Toronto Jazz Festival. Beyond the stage, Keitan is a dedicated community builder, an alumna of the Small World Music incubator and the Women In Music Entrepreneur accelerator, and the lead facilitator of the "Looping for Women and Femmes" workshop series co-presented with Long & McQuade Musical Instruments.
